Can the return of Atama's not be lack luster.

Can it please be good and instead of 25 ad 30 armor 30 magic resist. and gain ad equal to 0.5% of your max hp per second in combat with relevant sources up to 2.5% max hp Can it have 10 ad 60 armor 50 magic resist and you gain ad equal to 0.5% of your max hp per second in combat with relevant sources up to 5% (maybe up to 8%) of your max hp. You can easily make this cost over 3.3k gold and I wouldn't even care. Other people may care because one of the big concerns about bruiser itemization is that They pay so much for so little damage stats while adcs may be getting more expensive items some of them are also being buffed for the over all build being more expensive and they still have the range disparity the innately have and and movement speed disparity that (and for some others) cause. I Have a big problem that riot only nerfs the gold cost of adcs and buff the gold cost of tanks but this fixes none of their problems as they need item stat changes. Yes tanks getting more stats wont put bruisers in a worse place but an even better place because tanks share the defensive items they get with bruisers except because of the stupid self gimping part of it and to bruisers tanks that get more armor aren't a problem because of the options of Conqueror and
