how to impact the game more as the jungler?

so i have been playing lots of lee sin, and i gank early, i get my team some first bloods, i give the kills to the laners unless they cant get them, and then one person feeds a ton. a few games ago i had a sion go 0/18 and i tried to give him ganks, but he fed a chogath, and i couldnt kill the chogath even with him. it took our entire team against that chogath for like 45 seconds to kill him. so i am just wondering if anyone has any further tips on how to win the game in the jungle.

If you're trying to carry your team as a jungler then absolutely take kills. Leaving the jungle for 1-3 minutes for a gank/recall destroys your gold/exp gains and you will easily get behind, so I suggest trying to take the kills so you can stay ahead and be a bigger threat around the map. If one of your lanes is feeding but not getting kills, do not gank that lane ever. After you're 0/5 or so you're not worth any gold so it's not that bad if the lane keeps dying, as long as they're pushing and farming. You really don't want to reset the feeding allies gold value, so just camp the other lanes.

Personally i play junglers who are good at powerfarming level 6 and start ganking then. this gives me time to analyze the lanes, and from that i deem which one is gonna help me carry... oo top got a solo kill?, ima gank him and get him more fed. bots not dying? but ahead by tons of cs, ima gank hes lane..

Well yes gank the winning lane . and it was more then that why you lost . feeding is irrelevant . I would've went damage Lee and 1 to 2 shot the rest of there team

Gank whenever you can. You don't need to get the kill, if you show your face and they burn flash or heal then you already made a big difference in the lane.

If your lane is feeding extremely hard, then you really can't do anything. If the lane isn't too fed, hold the lane for them and tell them to gank another lane so that they can get a kill/assist and hopefully catch up.
