ARAM Needs Team Balance

I understand the point of the mode is all random TDM, but even random has rules and balance to go with it. Having some form of balance in the RNG champion selection the game does needs to be added to the mode. There are times when ARAM is fun to play when both teams are evenly matched, however well over most of the time the game ends up 1 sided because of the team comps RNG hands out. An example of this is one team having 4 or possibly even 5 heavy CC poke champions on the same team vs very little to no CC melee ranged champions. This example happens way more than you would believe it to and it sucks. Random can be role based instead of every possible champion in the game. Force 1 player as a tank, 1 player as a marksmen, 1 player as a mage/assassin, things like this where both teams have at least some form of level playing field. There is order in chaos, and right now ARAM is just way to orderless. There can be randomness in the champions given, but there should be rhyme or reason to the comps, otherwise it's just a giant mess with failed potential just like URF.

No, its not necessary.

Why? Because you benefit both ways from it.

Yes it sucks when you have a crappy team comp and the other team's is godlike and you know the only way you will win is if they have a random dc or are brain dead morons (it happens!)...but you are also not considering all the times where YOUR team was the godlike team playing against a crappy team comp- because you were enjoying the match (unless you are the crappy situation where every single person on your team is a god tier champion except you, and you can't really do anything meaningful all game- then the match is boring).

I always roll my eyes when the losing team (whether it be mine or the other team) starts saying "its just because of team comp" or whatever in all chat at the end of the game. Everyone who plays ARAM regularly is both a victim and a beneficiary of lopsided team comps.

I disagree. Part of the charm of ARAM is testing how well players can respond to unusual teamcomps. Adjusting champ select to prevent people from intentionally stacking the odds in their favor (i.e. ARAM-optimized accounts) is one thing, but restricting teamcomps would make ARAM much less interesting.

Matches are not fun when 1 team has a 100% advantage because of how the comps are. It sucks having an almost all melee team vs an entire poke comp because we can't do anything to fight back against them or even farm. Meanwhile they get kills and farm while we just stand there and die not getting anything. The same kind of deal is strong CC comps vs either almost no CC or single target/very weak CC comps.
