So now that Jhin's been out for a while

What's the consensus on him? Honestly he feels a little weak to me, but I don't know why

Jhin is nicely strong, but he requires a bit of strategic and tactical foresight to play well.

He's currently the lowest win-rate ADC on Champion.gg, but he's up to 47.6% opposed to his ~30% on day 1, so that's an improvement.

That's mainly because he isn't really an ADC, but people keep trying him as one.

He is an ad caster more suited to, in my opinion, mid lane, with top as a decent option in favorable matchups.

His midlane winrate is atrocious at the moment, and maybe that just needs more time to even out, but it's only higher than Ryze right now. 41.59% for Jhin mid, 40.17% for Ryze mid.

I'm bettting a good chunk of that is because he is rather difficult to play effectively.

I was commenting on his ADC role which I just don't feel like he is suited for. I don't know if he is weak or strong yet though I have success with him personally for the most part. Though I still think a lot has to do with his difficulty.
