I finally found a solution to Vladimir.

Just build Hextech Gunblade. Seriously just do it.

It may seem like a bad idea as it's made for hybrid champions and it's expensive but trust me there are no wasted stats on the item. The AD helps for last hitting without abilities as well as taking towers, The healing is just the same or even better than WoTA, the AP amount is just thee same as WoTA, and finally the active alone adds massive amounts of damage to the kit as well as even heals you.

Basically just build like you built the old vlad except replace WoTA with gun blade and I promise you it'll be even better than old vlad.

Also the third Q heal goes full obscene mode with gunblade. When i was low on HP was would heal like 800+ Hp towards the end it was hilarious.
