Kalista : The Pinnacle of Toxicity towards teammates

I've had 3 Kalista's now who would wait until middle of laning phase, mid fight to soulbind me then "LOL" after I die. I've had multiple Kalista's now get caught, ult me to them, die, and then LOL as I die with him after having being pulled. Why is this level of toxicity allowed to exist?

No, it's just piss poor planning by Riot. All they had to do was require the player to willingly click to spear to be soulbound and it would've solved that issue before it even happened. As for the ult you can still fire yourself away from the enemy.
