Would have to put skarner at the top of that list. He has tons of unfavorable matchups, can only teamfight in certain jg areas, and doesn't offer anything to teamfights aside from his small stun on his e and his ulti.

Because they nerfed the Soul Mark proc damage, she probably isn't going to have a lot of bullying power, especially now that Twitch outtrades her early game in a 2v2 matchup. 90% scaling autos doesn't help with late game, and other ADCs (such as Ashe, Sivir) have much better ultis for use in dictating engages, especially because of the new nerfs to her R. She's being balanced around competitive, so I can't complain anyway.
