Viktor's E smartcast still broken?
I can't aim the damn thing. When I try to see where the ability will go, the target arrow is completely separate from Viktor.

This process should take no longer than 0.2 second. If you are having trouble with the First Step, turn off smartcast, practice, and get used to it.
magic pole1 votesno, it's just tricky to use. i find it doesn't work so well if you try to cast it too far in advance.
It should be as simple as pressing E where you want it to start, then quickly drag your cursor in the direction you want it to go. These two actions should be seamless so that they almost feel as one.
also since there are no indicators, you kinda have to get used to the range around viktor. still, i would suggest that over using the double click normal cast...takes too long to accurately land his laser
