"GG, Surrender at 20"

When more than one teammate keeps whining in chat and spamming "ff" or "surrender at 20," I know the game is most likely lost. The only reason I vote yes when one of the whiners starts a surrender vote is that I know that we are most likely going to lose with that attitude, and even if we do end up winning, I know it just won't be a fun game for me when I have to deal with negative spam and discouraging flaming throughout the game.

Seriously, folks... attitude is at least half the way to victory. You lose the game when you give up and tell yourself that it's lost even if you have a good lead. I think people who keep spamming "ff" every other game should be punished and banned if they keep up this behavior. They just ruin games and discourage their whole team.

I kinda like the idea and agree, a lot of the game comes from the mind and psychology. For instance, if a player is being aggressive early game, it is his personality and you know he is going to continue this. It works both ways, if a player is giving up then he is not going to be on his guard or ready to go all in when it comes time to turn the game around causing people (sometimes including themselves) to lose.

Pretty sure it's already reportable. Unsportsman Like Conduct seems like the best option for someone who quits and ruins team morale.

I know what you mean about some players having a really poor attitude when their surrender votes fail. The way I see it there are players who want to afk in their games but they can't do that without getting a penalty. So instead, they spam surrender votes and pressure their team to give up. So this raises the question of which is worse: Players that afk or Players that get toxic when you vote no to their surrender votes.

Of course regardless of which of those is worse, I have to wonder why we don't have the option of disabling the annoying surrender vote pop-up from appearing on the HUD.

I don't always ff@20, but when I do it is because I know my team has no chance to pull off a comeback... I mean, it is almost impossible to do that on this pre-season patch.

I supp mostly, and while I play pretty passively, I also manage to fed my ADC picking good opportunities to engage. So bot lane usually goes pretty smoothly, but then 15 mins has passed and I see a top lane 0/6 against a Garen/Darius/Illaoi , or a fed enemy Brand/Veigar , and a jungle that plays League Of Ganks Not Even Once, I know that the game is over due to its snowbally nature.

And because I play mostly at night and have to wake up next morning to work, yes, I'm the first one to /ff...
