I know People seem to hate Vlad's Q, but I prefer it to his E.

I wouldn't call myself an avid Vladimir player, but I do play him quite a bit, in the top and mid lanes (and APC sometimes in normals).

I know a lot of people are Pro-Vladimir Q rework, and that my opinion will probably spark quite a few downvotes, but I actually really enjoy his Q; it feels good to scroll over an enemy, hit Q, and just feel the rush of damage+healing that occurs. It's also one of the few point-and-click abilities left in league. No counterplay? Not everything HAS to have counterplay, some champions should have abilities that are just good because they need a good ability.

That being said, his E does not feel good to use. It feels like I need to manage its stacks well, but that seems like so much effort for not very much - I know it does... something... but I never really notice it while I'm using it. The hitbox is weird, and I can never tell if I'm going to hit the enemy laner for sure or not. It doesn't really give Vladimir any real Perks - his Q does more damage, his costs him health. The only plus on his E is the stacks, which I said didn't feel very satisfying.

What do you guys think about possible E changes for the hemomancer we all know and love?

Do you like his E? Do you want his Q changed instead? Let me know in the comments!

Vladimir

I will admit: I'm not very good. I go WAY too ham early levels, so maybe that has something to do with it.

The cost and build-up of his E is what prevents him from being strong early, which is exactly the kind of limiter that makes Vlad interesting.

That said, I feel they could do it in a much better way than his current E.

I know the exact range of E, hitting with it as harass/poke has never been an issue to me.

Riot will most likely change his E, though. Q's healing will come in another way to add 'counterplay' and E will be less reliable as AoE damage, most likely.

Yeah I suppose that his E buildup is a good tradeoff for his lategame spike in power.

That said, I don't think his Q needs to be changed for counterplay. If everything has counterplay, then the game is just about who can click what how fast. I think some champions' abilities just need to stay as a decision-making point-and-click, where timing is everything, rather than a high-skillcap button sequence.
