Key Fragments - Not sure what category this should go in

Is there a reason why I'm not getting many key fragments? I've not been banned, chat-muted, or anything in the past however-many seasons I've had this account. I honor when people deserve it, don't honor when people don't deserve it. I get honored quite often too, but I hardly ever get key fragments regardless.

If I'm getting key fragments at an "average" rate, is there any way I can get key fragments faster by a quicker means?
