Co-Op vs AI experience gain?

I think there are a lot of players who use too much Co-Op vs AI to farm for XP. I was wondering if Riot could perhaps shut off XP gain for Beginner and/or Intermediate at specific levels, so "us PvPers" (yes, myself included) will quit seeing AI-trained opponents who don't even know how to play.

Ever heard of matchmaking? It's that thing that stops you from being queued with players who "don't know how to play". Unless you're terrible, of course.

Eh.....I think there are far more important matters for Riot to attend to before considering a change like that for AI.
