VERY Unpopular Opinion Incoming!
Not every champion in the game should be allowed to jungle, as with what seems to be the collective mentality of every player here on the boards. I understand the urge to be able to play your champion in multiple different positions, but it comes at a cost, and that cost is role integrity. Only a few players will actually understand what this means, and this topic will likely get downvoted into the deepest pit of hell, but I had to say it and get it off my chest.
This "I should be able to take my champion wherever I want, whenever I want, however I want." mentality has got to fucking stop. You're distorting the purpose of a champions classification and role without even realizing it. There's a reason a lot of people hated Kindred and Graves jungle. They were both unkillable monstrosities that could come in, fuck you in your own jungle, then proceed to come and gank a lane with less risk because of their nature as ranged autoattackers. Their ability to survive without help undermines their role as squishy champion, lending support to the idea that marksman are in fact, not supposed to be squishy, but should be able to take on everything, the entire goddamn fucking world. This mentality embeds itself subconsciously in the minds of marksman, because marksman are like cats: if they think they can get away with something, they're going to try and get away with it, but they'll cry foul when they're finally punished for it, because they're too stupid and animalistic to understand the idea that their actions have consequences, and that those consequences are not always going to be positive ones.
The champions that end up paying the price for this tend to be the bruisers/melees -- the champions meant to be able to take it and dish it out 100% of the time. Instead they are now just taking it and not dishing anything out, because instead of stabbing their enemy in the face with a fork at point blank range LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO DO, they get a fucking frying pan flung at their face from ten feet away, and there's nothing they can do about it.
This does not just extend to marksman. This Taliyah crap is going to hurt junglers as well. She may not be broken now, but believe me, someone WILL find a way to turn her into an invader. Imagine for a moment you're about to do your red buff, and out of nowhere, you get shit-sprayed from the other side of the wall by a bunch of rocks, and if you use your mobility to get off, and not be killed in your own jungle you take more damage, then get flung back into her by her seismic shove.
How the fuck is a melee champion that isn't Kha'Zix, Shaco, or supposed to deal with that shit? Oh, they can't, because they're being attacked from a distance, and if they use their mobility to gap-close and punish the invade like they're SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO DO BECAUSE THEY'RE JUNGLERS. What happens when Sejuani Qs over, gets damaged just for using an ability, and then gets tossed to fucktown by a seismic shove, or Zac.
tl;dr Get the fuck out of the jungle, you disgusting, miserable, role-corrupting sacks of shit. You're a fucking plague upon the jungle.
Edit: I would have liked to be more coherent with this topic, but this shit has been pissing me off for years, ever since the Mord rework which was done solely as an EXCUSE to set up this despicable, cancerous, virulent mentality.
