why is jinx win rate so high overwall?

Champion.gg uses data from platinum and above games. With the current state of the meta, ADC's have a lot of trouble "carrying" on their own and are relied upon much more for objective damage and sustained dps. Jinx is by far the best adc in the game at taking towers and opening up the map with her q in mini-gun form. Also, she is one of the few ADC right now that can get fed enough to 2shot people and wreck the game solo.

TLDR; she crushes towers more quickly than anyone else, leading to more opportunity for teams to capitalize.

She's too safe. She has a nerf coming up next patch to hopefully help.

She has AS steroid on top of a low CD, long-range poke with scaling out the ass, and a CC that makes escape from a bad trade just as difficult as it is to escape Nautilus.

Let's not forget her global execute with a broken hitbox and her passive that makes chaining kills and destructions easy as pie.

I love her, and she is my absolute favorite champion, but even I know that she's unnecessarily OP.
