A while back MF's Q got an AP ratio added because "it wouldn't affect her overall gameplay much"

That might actually impact his gameplay. First, it's not uncommon for Kennen to start with a Doran's Blade even when he's going for otherwise a pure-AP build. Second, AD Kennen has at times been considered professionally viable (whereas AP MF.... well, not so much), and even if we wanted to buff AD Kennen, we'd have to ask whether or not this is the way we want to do it.

I thought that was Malzahar at first, after seeing Malzahar a few times on the pbe. Those two on the same team is going to be awful.

im not even kidding you but that giant range e down and it just rains down on the enemys, the ult still does decent dmg and wel... farming is hard with her lol

Hybrid ratios are starting to get out of control. Almost every new champion has one, and some champions like Ezreal/Corki/Mord/MF had 2 or more.

can all mages get ad ratios so something like steraks gage isnt just for the shield. or so mages can bring ad runes for better last hitting and a slight boost to spells. Mages kind of get the shortend of the stick when it comes to scaling since cdr and ap don't come with levels.
