Are their any champion/champions that do not usually build any boots?

What champion does not usually build any boots? Do not include Cassiopeia as she cannot build boots, so she obviously doesn't.

Realistically speaking all champions (with the exception of Cassiopeia and maybe Yuumi) will build boots at some point or another.

Boots, especially completed boots, often represent a power-spike.

Sion could maybe be played without boots. Not usually. But I've seen one or two who did a good job without boots somehow.

Its her passif, you cant buy boots, you get ms with levels (at lvl 18 you're as fast with boots), so you can have 6 items, but it's hard to survive lane

Her passive is she can't build boots, cuz snek. Instead she gets like 4 flat MS per level. It's supposed to free up an item slot for her "Late game fantasy"

You reach Boots1 at level 6, and (most) boots 2 at level 11. Well, 1 MS shy, but I count that.

The downside is that as a result you don't get to buy item 3020 , which means you only get half the flat pen any other mage gets.

She is unable to due to her passive, but you get extra MS that makes you fast. Not to mention late game you get an extra item slot which you get for an extra item.

Since all 3 gain a passive MS boost - after leveling their specific abilities (tho, for ww that happens only when the enemy is low on health).

Boots are about as obligatory as flash (which Yuumi also doesn't take). I want to say that boots are probably more important than flash for everybody except Cassiopeia (and the occasional Sion).

Very late game, they might be sold for an extra power spike 6th item, but the MS will be compensated for (at least partially) with some more expensive item.

Boots are essential on every champion for one of two reasons. On melee champions, they need it to attempt to stick to ranged champions and ranged champions need them to attempt to kite. A melee champion without boots will never get in range and a ranged champion without them will never be able to kite.

Yuumi and that's it. MS is one of the most underrated stats in the game and having more of it is almost never a bad choice

Even then it's usually a good idea to build Lucys for the double combat summ CDR, and to not get totally left behind by an inattentive teammate. More than once I hopped off to ward and couldn't catch up, and he didn't turn around for me because soloq.

Plus you can usually run away from a fight gone wrong, if your last ally dies and you're bootsless you just die anyway.

That said it's not unheard of for a champion with decent MS from items to eventually REPLACE their boots with another partial MS item after full build.
