Since the Fiora rework was delayed, how about you give her a small buff for the interim?
I know Riot hates interim buffs for Champions who are awaiting reworks, but I honestly think Fiora could use it. While I have some degree of success with her when top-laning, it doesn't quite hit a 50/50 winrate. Riot's reasoning for keeping Fiora underpowered is due to her being a slippery slope, one where even a minor buff can make her OP very quickly.
Nonetheless, if she's going to be left waiting for at least a year for a rework, I say she should get some sort of mini-buff to give her back some viability in higher tiers. Since buffing her damage would probably slip on the slope way too hard, I say she gets some survivability improvements.
Here are my thoughts, but take them with a grain of salt:

If Duelist has more than 1 stack, striking non-Champion targets should refresh the duration of all 4 stacks. Additionally, striking large monsters should enable 4 stacks. Duelist isn't a terrible passive like some people believe, as it synergizes very well with lifesteal quints and a Doran's Blade early on. Gives Fiora a distinct advantage over low-regeneration/low-sustain opponents like Riven and Wukong. However, against other sustain top-laners like Garen or Renekton, Fiora's sustain loses out even when she's using it optimally. This change would give Fiora some better use out of Duelist after she engages her opponent, provided she keeps attacking. Additionally, the jungle change would give jungle Fiora some better staying power. While she's still solid as a jungler, the change to Hunter's Machete hurt some of her jungle sustain. This would counteract it.

Riposte's cooldown should be lowered by 0.5 seconds when Fiora attacks during Burst of Speed. Doubled effect vs. Champions. This would introduce some really neat synergy, and would emphasize that you should save any CC you have for when Fiora uses her steroid. If you duel her, she SHOULD beat you (sadly, she loses frequently to other duelists). If you're letting Fiora smack you up while using Burst of Speed, she's going to be harder for you to kill.

Blade Waltz should have a longer casting range. Though I know Riot wants you to use Lunge first to get into range for Blade Waltz, the cooldown of Lunge is so long that you often can't utilize it for gap-closing. Without Lunge, you're left with a really stubby reach for your ultimate. Zed and Vi don't have that issue, so why should Fiora?
Like I said, take these with a grain of salt.
