How dare I imply Lethality is what busted him instead past his usual strong level? My apologies.

Yes, he's strong, and has been strong for multiple patches. No, he's not overly strong. He has clear strengths and weaknesses and counterplay options. Yes, he could stand for slight tuning nerfs. No, he doesn't need large ones.
