Adc/apc is unkillable, but it could be CC'ed and killed later.
It is the thing that could be seen strong on paper, but in reality anybody know how to react to this, and they just CC you, wait until its gone and send you into the oblivion.
Kayle ultimate does not provide CC immunity.
Xin is competitive since he has 11%+ pick ratio.
I just wonder, you never played the kayle by yourself and keep telling that, her ultimate is broken, because it blocks damage, but not see the disadvantages this ultimate brings to the kayle, like taking away the possible high damaging ability or some form of CC mixed with damage.
This ultimate has so many counter plays, it is not near as good as ekko ult for example. In fact, you have to be very experienced kayle player to actually make any use from this ultimate if you dont want to be wasted, because enemies does not waste their skills into this ult.
I played a tons games with kayles and against kayles. Meeting a good kayle is rare nowadays, nobody could play her effectively anymore due to how incredibly gimped this champion is.
I have 84.6% winrate with her in ranked and is my second most played champion there. She is fine, they can change her a bit/ I reached Platinum with her, stopped playing her, because she is so boring.
(Btw Platinum is the real Elo hell, just got demoted to Platinum 5).
Kayle has no skillshots and is annoying for the melee champions who can't gapclose with blink.
Xin is trash compared to her - his early ganks can be deadly, but he becomes more than useless after that. He doesn't have the raw dmg of the other champions who build tank and still output high damage. His CC is not very good + he can't escape, if he goes in.
You can see in competetive players going bruiser fizz, ekko etc, because of their escapes. Xin goes in and instapops.
