Can't we have 1 Free dodge and then the next is 5 minute penalty?

I'm getting real tired of having people not dodging to an obvious loss during champion select. Then when the game starts, we lose and practically wasted 20 mins of our life playing a game that's just completely stupid.

and don't say you don't agree because you have been in that circumstance where you wish you could've dodged again. High elos ALWAYS dodge when they know their comp isn't going to be good.

Why dont you dodge instead of wanting other players too?

I get your point cause just wait 5 minutes over 20 and only loss 3lp. But if the OTHER TEAM bans one of my team mates champs and he threatens to troll if no one dodges. the salt in me rages and doesnt care about the lp loss people like him/her need to be loss + there is a chance he/she wont troll

Id be down to even have a Free Dodge then a 15 minute for a 2nd one quickly. At least until they remove or punish harder for autofill trolls

Half of winning the game is mindset.

If you go into a game thinking it is over then of course it will go badly for you.

  1. The enemy could have counterpicked without knowing how to play what they chose.
  2. Your teammate might be so good at their champion that they will out-play the enemy that should have countered them.
  3. Your enemies might be tilted / trolling each other.
  4. If your teamcomp isn't good at one strategy, it's ok to try alternate strategies. i.e. splitpush instead of teamfight if you don't have good peel / engage.

Look for advantages wherever you can get them. You win more games when you take victory into your own hands instead of blaming it on composition.

So just how many times do you want to restart champ select? You will be suffering a lot more of those as people just simply dodge being support. It's a good thought but there are other problems that will arise and make things worse.

Well the way I thought it would work is you couldn't dodge if you were autofilled

You can make yourself be happier by taking a more positive mindset. I'm not saying you should give up on trying to change the world for the better, but this seems like something that's unlikely to change, so rolling with the punches might be a good idea.

So in this case, instead of saying "why do I have to lose", you can say "I have a whole game where I can focus entirely on improving myself. I can even try out risky new things that I might be afraid to do in a close, heated match. And by practicing this whole game, I'll be more likely to win games in the future than if I sit at base and pout, plus I'll be less tilted." etc.

When i watch really high elo streams they mostly seem to play for fun, they say our comp is garbage but still go in, and sometimes they still win through hard early lead.
