As someone who plays Fizz a lot I completely agree with the CD nerf on his E. Building CDR on Fizz is much easier now than it use to be and it made his E too spamable. I'm not sure I get the removing unit collision from his passive though. I mean that was a big part of his passive.
Edit: They ditched the passive nerf and are now taking off 50 AA range which is a terrible nerf. If anything they should nerf his W.
