@Meddler: What's your current opinion of Lux?

Lux very rarely sees any play in high-tier games, and has seen ZERO use in tournaments right now. Why? Because compared to Xerath, Morgana, Orianna, etc., she just does not feel powerful or even useful. Her E has terrible mana-to-damage efficiency (130 mana for 240 + 60% AP ratio is WEAK, especially on a 10 second cooldown), her W is not responsive enough (it takes too long for her to actually get the first shield compared to Janna or Karma), and her Q could definitely be better (i.e. full effect on both targets). Only her laser really makes the cut, but everything else about Lux is outshined by other mid-lane mages and supports.

But that's just my opinion, so it probably has low worth. Which is why, Meddler (or another Rioter), I'm asking you what you think about our little Light Lady. Do you think she could use a little more love (beyond just a bug fix)?
