Oh I can do that to, in fact let's look at all her weaknesses and you'll see why she is not OP

Anivia has: Lowest Movement speed in the game with No form of Mobility Lowest Base HP in the game (Only person who has lower than her is Unmounted Kled) One of the worst Auto Attacks in the game (Super annoying to farm with Pre level 6) One of (if not the Most) mana hungry champion in the game....Generally forcing item 3027 item 3040 as first 2 items One of the few champions that needs double scaling items, making her early game even more weaker Her Q is probably the easiest skill shot to dodge (if not, then close to it) Which is literally her entire Pre level 6 damage. Her Passive has a 4 Min cool down, which is easy to kill

Now about your "points" you put for Anivia?

With the "Point and click burst" I'm assuming you are talking about E>R combo. Let's compare that to Leblanc's Q>W which is also a very strong and almost unavoidable damage that is bursty. Let's also say they both have 500 AP to make things easier as well.

So with Anivia, if you got them to take 2 ticks of damage from your Ult + E that would be 670 + 150% AP (So the total would be 1420 damage)

With Leblanc, the Q>W damage would do 555 + 140% AP (So the total would be 1255 Damage)

Both of which are considered "very hard" to dodge and the main difference with these is that...Yes Anivia's does more damage, but that is basically all her damage...Other than that she has her Q which is another 320 + 80% assuming you land both proc's of it, which is nothing like the extra damage that Leblanc can do with her E and her R that we still didn't count for which is average around 440 + 110% more damage. Basically with this section, I'm basically saying that Anivia's overall damage isn't insane. If we count all her skills damage, even using everything she still does less damage then some other mages, and that is even if you are lucky enough to keep enemies in your Ultimate long enough to actually deal decent damage, or even hit your target with your Q.

Basically tl:dr _Her CS'ing pre-6 is crap unless you waste a lot of Mana to Q the minions. Once you reach level 6, using your ultimate runs you OOM really quickly, forcing you to build 2 mana items just to keep mana into the Mid/Late game, when most Mages can just build 1 or some even none. The only Hard CC she has is her Q's stun which is super easy to dodge, after that it's just Slows and a wall.

Not entirely a Perma-slow since you can't really keep it up much with the mana cost and easy to stop it with any form of CC...also...maybe like walk out of the slow? It's not like she can move it and have it chase you...Ashe has a perma slow...not Anivia. Her damage isn't even higher than some of the other mages, and her E>R combo is so strong because it's basically her only form of reliable damage. _ And as for her Rebirth? Aatrox has a better one than her. Less Cool down, Automatically happens, doesn't take as long and doesn't even take up the entire passive for him so he would have at least something when that is on CD...Anivia even loses some Armor during the early levels when she goes into egg.

Anivia is not op...people just don't know how to take advantage against her or play the right champions into her.

Anivia doesn't have Gangplank global ultimate, remove scurvy, bonus movespeed, true damage autoattacks, plundered gold, does magic damage not physical.

I don't know their kits that well tbh.

Level 6 anivia throws E at you then drops ult under you and you take 300-400 damage. Or she ults and while you're perma slowed she throws E for 300-400 damage.

Ok. Anivia does things, yes. Gangplank does things too. There are differences in the list I provided.
