There's obviously a balance issue with ZAC
I mean c'mon, absurdly tanky, has broken as hell damage scaling, and last I checked, since duplicate bans came out, he's been at 110% banrate in diamond and beyond, clearly something's wrong here

It's not the damage, it's the utility he brings.
Not damage scaling, base damage.
AP Zac has always been a hilarious pocket pick, but has enough weaknesses that it's not OP.
Zac building damage to do damage is fine.
Zac building tank and still doing high damage is a problem.
dunno about the damage, it doesn't feel that high to me(exept maybe the first few levels), especially if compared to old zac.(according to http://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/stats/zac/platinum , he's rank 117 in damage, so 116 champs, includeing other tanks like Gragas, Gallio, Seju and Mao, do more average damage to champs per game. His damage really is not the issue) However, giving a champ that already has massive ganking tools another displace with low cd in his base kit is not a good idea. It'S like makeing Nautis E a jump with the old effect on impact and then wondering why his ganks are absurd. And ever since the reliabillity buff to his E+Ult combo, the potential of that ult is pretty absurd, you can just snck people from below their tower and after that use the Q to keep them there.
Deep ward. Avoid 5v5s
Yeah, not sure why the haven't nerfed him again but hopefull they do it soon.
He's already nerfed a bit, they reduced the stretch range on his second hit Q from 300 to 200 yesterday. It's most likely not enough, but it's a start at least.

Best thing to do would be reduce base damage dramatically due to all his CC, I mean Nautilus has TONS of CC, yet he does fine with low damage output
Yet still 52% wr. I don't know why it is so low. Ever since he got buffed he has seemed like freelo.
Knight's Vow also might need some work. Made him unkillable thanks to his Xayah litterally draining our frontline. Together with Gargoyle Stoneplate... You kind of know the rest.
I don't have a problem with Zac's tankyness but right now he is just way too disruptive. There is nothing really to do about him. Goes in and is tanky and gains CC immunity and just does his thing. There really isn't a whole lot to do.
Guess the ER combo seems way too strong as it is right now. A long range E is 1 sec knockup with an ult that requires 1.1 sec to charge
Personally I don't think it's a problem with zac himself, I think it's just that he synergizes too well with certain champions. like orianna for example and any zone-based damage champ
You could quite definitely increase the charge up time on ult to 1.25 seconds to allow more counterplay, or reduce his jungle sustain a bit. Either of these things, or both, are reasonable nerfs to zac.
I still have no idea why Riot reworked Zac to begin with when he was already pretty well balanced and boasted a unique play style.
I think he's pretty fine.
