Since new runes toxicity has gone to second power and comebacks are nigh impossible

Since introduction of new runes I have noticed a huge spike in toxicity and grief. Literally in every game, winning or not, there is someone trying to make someone feel bad. I didn't use the word 'flaming' or 'inting' in purpose as most situations players use the terms wrongly or either don't comprehend what it really means (Zero help is zero help, sad if it hurts someone feelings or make them feel inadequate but facts are facts). People quitting when winning because (usually) players in the own team are actively trying to hurt the persons feelings. I don't mean trash talk, I mean 'kys' level slander.

Doing one mistake results to death or if good summoners at least them, seconds mistake costs a tower or ruins someone else's lane, three mistakes costs the lane to be lost. Four mistakes and there simply is no more room to come back to the game. Damage output has increased significantly for all those scaling (decently) from attack damage making a team without exhaust impossible to win someone with higher than KP (kill participation) of 10 or even power factor (KDA) over 10 or that player really needs to sit in huge CC park. Without exhaust even smaller lead is really hard to cower up. And I am not even talking about gold lead. Being level or two higher than the opponent seems to have bigger impact than carrying 5k's worth of equipment. Something I have seen happen multiple times. Pair in the bot lane that gets the other pair killed just when hitting level 5 can easily make it to level 6 before the other pair that died and with the ultimate advantage the already pair in disadvantage can easily smacked second time giving a four level lead. After that its miracle to get back to the game as the winning pair can roam freely for two levels. Two levels that takes ages to get while they can probably already tower dive without worries.

For the toxicity part I have since season 3 tried to suggest better way to communicate between teammates. Curse got Twitchified but before that you could share a link in lobby to temporal voice chat room where you could then join and have conversations about how you play. 'Ok, just keep back and wait for me to stun and then you do magic trick x and we kill both' "Yeah sure, sounds good". But at the present the game does not support that kind of communication and such easy voice chats are long gone. Now the communication happens AFTER the fight and usually in tone of 'WTF WHY YOU DONT STUN' "OMG SHOOT ADC YOU DORK " and so on.

Introduction a voice chat would make communication easier and hopely make the chatting more civilized. For comebacks i have no solution. Even if team would win a team fight they lack the power to push towers as the runes don't affect constructs except one. After 40 seconds the enemy team is up again and now they got the ultis up so its ace and over.

Overall the change has given lot power to auto-attackers while tanks, mages and supports just basically suck. 9k HPs and 300 armor? No problem, Cait will eat you in 7 seconds. 1200 AP? Pointless as the AD 'assassin' ADC will just burst you before pushing any buttons as superior range and also heal to full HPs. To takedown a AD champion with lead needs perfect timing from CC and some DPS to follow. Even then the Draven will just 3vs1 after getting out the stuns as he got 500HP shield also.

The game lost lot of fun in this patch. Same way when leading it really does not feel like playing when your own AD has KP 20 and just walks everyone over. Especially when they then start to frag hunt (stat pad) and lose the game as because of not taking towers. This happens over and over again.
