Jhins gamestate is so bad he's not even included on the riot survey dropdown

I wanted to give a survey and hopefully be able to talk about how awful the matchmaking and meta currently is. However, I can't get through the stage as to what my favorite champ is, because the 15th/17th adc w/r champ currently isn't even in the list. This is how I know riot just doesn't care about balance, they just dont even include champs and forget they exist.
