@Riot Heres My Idea Its A Smite For Support (and helps vision)

Take the summoner spell Clairvoyance and tern it into a sort of smite for supports. Make it so you can enchant your Gold Income item to change it up. Think of it like a reverse Jungle item instead of taking a different item to change the spell then enchanting it to give what you want you pick the item you want then enchant it to change up the spell. So could be enchanted to make Clairvoyance act differently.

The first enchantment is just kind basic. It makes Clairvoyance of track one enemy champion for 8 seconds granting about a green wards worth of vision around them while they move.

The second enchantment would make it so Clairvoyance now acts like .

And then the last enchantment is my favorite, Clairvoyance makes a ghostly version of your champion that you can send to walk/stand anywhere within a large radius of you for 15 seconds that moves at your base movement speed. If the ghost leaves this radius it disappears.

And one last thing, you don't need Clairvoyance to get just if you want to enchant them so you can still run Exhaust if it fits your comp better.
