Jinx is more of a skill match up against Vayne. You can bully her before 6, but Vayne can easily punish you if you mis-position or get into a 1 v 1 situation after 6.

I find that Caitlyn, Corki, and Graves are pretty safe match-ups against Vayne.

Graves can out right AA, E, AA, Q, AA, R Vayne into oblivion. Corki can harass Vayne the same way Jinx can with his abilities, and he can escape a 1 v 1 scenarios with Valkyrie. Caitlyn just outranges Vayne so much that Cait will almost always come out with an even trade.

Frankly, most ADCs do alright against Vayne during laning phase. She is just an excellent duelist by herself.

And in the late game, due to Vayne building a Botrk and some uppity side-attack speed item, IE users like Jinx, and Cait can kill her due to their sheer damage output over hers. Even seeing some Dravens late just pop her with 2 Q's...

She isn't the great duelist people make her out to be in the late game, especially when someone so off hand like Amumu or Rammus can easily 1v1 her late game, and either nearly kill her, or outright destroy her.

I don't think any ADC wants to fight Rammus or Amumu.

Vayne is undeniably good 1 v 1 late game nonetheless. Besides her counters, Draven and Graves, she has the potential to avoid a lot of damage with her stealth.

Vayne still builds IE at some point in the game. Champions such as Jinx might hit a power spike with IE, but Vayne can still out DPS them later with his high AD steroid and True damage procs.

I don't think that Vayne has any counterpicks in terms of ADCs. She can out-trade just about any ADC. The closest thing there is to an ADC that can counter Vayne is Draven because he can just burst her down in one second due to the insane damage of his axes, but she can also out-DPS him.

Outside of ADCs, Ryze is a good counterpick. Or at least he used to be (at the time where Frozen Heart was a core item for him) because his snare is targeted, Vayne cannot dodge it and will be an easy prey for Ryze's combo. And she is squishy.

Pick an assassin or a mage with strong combo that is not skillshot-based. Oneshot her. I did well as Malzahar vs her. A single ultimate and she is left with 100 hp, and if you add any other spell-she is dead. His E is target spell too so she can't dodge it. Other strong picks are Brand(with his ult alone, and if he somehow hits his E-Q, followed by W, she dies), Ryze(hit W with stacked passive and she dies), Annie(no comments)
