PSA: Work With Your Team

Even if you hate them. Seriously, if you were at work, and you were put in a group with someone you personally dislike, your boss expects you to work with them for the project anyways. Otherwise you're the one who gets fired. Stop trying to start shit during game. Even if you think someone is troll, if you say "x-player troll" you're bound to either a) if they weren't a troll and you start harassing them, they might start to troll, or b) if they were trolling anyways they're probably not gonna stop just because you called them a troll.

If you really need to address problems with the team, wait until the end game chat in order to point out problems. Saying "MF build troll" during game doesn't help anyone. Just wait till the endgame chat and say "hey, MF, I notice you have 3 dorans, maybe you should buy something that will build into a larger item faster." if you think graves isn't engaging at the right time, don't say "i'm done". say "graves, let's engage". If he continues to play passively, then maybe you engage first and hope he follows, or if you don't feel confident, then play passively with him.

Don't blame the team even if it's their fault. Just pretend it didn't happen. Most of the time, they will say "sorry, my bad". even if they don't, just deal with it.

Don't complain about KS if there is a fed member of the team trying to carry you.

Actually play to your team's strengths. You can't always go off alone. Look at the map. If the bot lane is 3v3, then defend mid or push top. Or gank bot with 4 and get an advantage. But having all 5 of your team at bot is not a good idea if there are 2 alive but mia enemies and you don't have teleport. Peel for your carries.

And most of all don't rage. Seriously, I don't know how many games I've lost because someone says "gg troll Zed I'm AFK", and Zed replies "report Garen" and Garen says "noob" and Zed says "you call me troll? fine ill troll"
