Can Sona be banned from ARAM until she is fixed?

Sona has 70.5% winrate in ARAM overall. There are other OP champs but none of them even reach 64% winrate.

So not only does sona have the highest winrate in ARAM, the gap between her winrate and the second best champion is 6% overall, and +8% when you look to silver, gold, platinum or diamonds. For a reference, 6% is also the gap between #2 and #12. 8% is the difference between #2 and #23.

At 70.5% winrate, she is the uncontested champion of ARAM. Most of these games aren't even close. Especially at higher ELO, the only way you can win against Sona is when an enemy is afk or if she's trollbuilding (going AD or not buying any mana). She has one of the best early games because of her massive healing, 5 man buffs and strong poke. On top of that, she has one of the best lategames because of the same reason. You cannot outpoke her, she just heals. You cannot all-in her, she just stuns you and with her auras her team will dominate you.

She's also the highest winrate on summoner's rift, so it wouldn't surprise me if she got another nerf coming. However, there's no SR balance nerf that will throw her off the throne or even make ARAM with sona close to fair.

You have removed Yorick from free week rotation, you have removed teemo and karthus from OFA, you can certainly remove this outlier from ARAM. Yes, this gamemode is about randomness, but having a game decided in loading screen just isn't fun. There will always be champions that are stronger than others, in ARAM it's even fine to have OP champs. But not champs that just win the game by rolling into them.
