it isnt bad ... has its strenghts and weaknesses

the only things to discuss are 2 -his ult doesnt scale off ad ... given that his w also doesnt sclae off ad this means that he has 90% of hiis power in 2 remaining skills -his ult doesnt fit the theme ... he is the artisan of war ... why would he jump miles away ... his ultimate should be the pinnacle of military technique or something ... not a leap with a hulk smash at the end ... a magical on top of that

You must be the type of guy who uses Panth's ult in a 1v1 face-to-face battle like an idiot.

One tip, if your ulting into a team fight... Don't aim directly ontop of them. Aim slightly behind them and cut off their escape route. So they either face your team, or get Man-dropped on.
