Was there a champion released between Jhin and Taliyah?
Because I think there might have been but then they just disappeared like stardust in the solar wind.
Like seriously, is there any reason to pick Sol if his numbers aren't crazy? Everything he can do can be done by some other champ while requiring less effort. The only thing that he has that's rather unique is his E but it's also the kind of ability that would be best given to a jungler who could use it to get to camps faster and gank with it but Sol is a poor jungler.
This isn't about balance either, a champ can be perfectly balanced in terms of winrate but still be poorly designed or in a bad spot if they aren't used much because they don't do anything different from someone else.
