Aery or Kleptomancy for Nami?

I've decided, with the new rune system, to come up with my own setups for the champs I play rather than looking at sites to see what would be good or not. I decided to check places like lolking to see how similar they were, and for my other champs they were pretty much the same apart from one or two minor differences. With Nami though, the runes are completely different. I started with Glacial Augment because I figured the CC would be good, but I didn't really find that it had much of an effect, so I switched it to Kleptomancy instead. What I thought would be good is:

Kleptomancy Biscuits Magical Footwear Cosmic Insight

(Resolve) Revitalize Font of Life

compared to their suggested list of

Aery Manaflow Band Celerity Waterwalking (I see this one on a ton of champs, is it OP?)

(Inspiration) Future's Market Approach Velocity

I haven't really considered Aery because I figured it'd be more suited towards Janna and other champs that revolve primarily around protecting the carry, rather than hybrids like Nami. Am I missing something in that I should be building her with MS in mind instead? I've always thought that CDR and mana conservation were more important.

Aery 100%. Her heal will shield your ally and obviously any damage against enemies will do additional damage. It was used against us and it was incredibly powerful on her.

Aery all the way. Nami is naturally dominant in lane, and with Aery and Scorch, it's practically impossible to lose a trade no matter who you W first. And as if you didn't sustain well enough, Inspiration secondary with Biscuit Delivery ensures you can recover from any bad trade, and combined with Manaflow Band you'll never run out of mana either. You can literally zone both bot laners by yourself with W up.

My only real variable is Cosmic Insight vs. Approach Velocity. The extra all around CDR from Cosmic Insight is nice, though Nami has manageable cooldowns anyway and 5% doesn't change much. Approach Velocity is nice for chasing with your E procs, and combined with the speed towards CCd allies, you get some very convenient in-combat mobility, though these are much more situational than they sound at first glance.

Kleptomancy sounds good on paper, but Nami can proc Spellthief's rather easily and already tends to be wealthier than other supports. There are no items that powerspike Nami hard enough to warrant designing her Runes around.

By the way, Magical Footwear is a trap for most Champions, especially Nami. Early boots makes it much easier to zone the bot laners and make effective trades with your W, and chase with E for potential Qs. Boots also let you roam faster, spend less time out of lane warding, escape ganks and all-ins, etc. etc. Do not wait until 10:00 to get boots on Nami.

Kleptomancy is OP. It will give you more sustain to dominate the lane harder. Even if you aren't low on hp the biscuits restore 15% of missing mana so you should feel free to use them when you're winning lane after you get low on mana so you can keep spamming abilities.

To be fair I haven't played Nami with new runes but I've been playing Sona and I think the sustain is really OP.
