Why should a champ be gutted to cater to B5-B3 elo? This nerf was the first time I've ever heard of that happening. I guess he wasn't popular enough to keep in a good state. He loses duels to practically every other top laner in lane even though he requires much more setup. Revert the ghouls nerf.

It's better than being gutted due to competitive play, which pretty much makes the champion unplayable in mid-low elo.
