Giant Slayer
Why was Giant Slayer removed? Besides BORK and the new IE (which I personally don't like). There is no other way to counter tanks (health tanks) like there used to be. Anyone know why they removed it?

Me Is Gaggy2 votesMy guess is because it was pretty much redundant. Lord Dominik's was the only item that used it.
Ok sure but why1 votesThey made Last Whisper work on total armour pen instead of bonus armour, so they determined that Last Whisper no longer needed the extra damage boost
