New Crit. Reduction on Randuin's

Randuin's and especially Frozen Heart will be nerfed next patch. However, Randuin's is getting 10% crit. reduction and I wonder how this stacks with the 10% AA reduction from Ninja Tabi and the 10% crit . reduction from the defensive tree. Do all of these interact with each other multiplicatively or additively. If it's multiplicative, it actually seems like the new passive is worth less on tanks who may have the other reductions already.

Probably worse off regardless because it offers less armour now so at best case scenario its good against Ashe.

Regardless of how it stacks with anything else, imagine how much 10% crit reduction means aganist the likes of tryn, yi or yasuo. On top of that, think about how good it is against bruisers via a 4 second AoE slow (that's what I read at least).

as for marksmen ban them ban them all

This is a good question because if they stack optimally, An IE ADC will only be critting for 200% damage instead of 250% damage, and this damage would be reduced even more by ninja tabi and would deal 180-175% of the initial attack. So an ADC with 250 AD would only deal 450-438 damage on a crit (before Armor and armor pen). If this doesn't stack optimally, it would still be 182.5% damage as opposed to 250% which is still significant. I might be wrong here, so take this with a grain of salt. Either way, I think this is a good change for how many armor items are getting nerfed, but it does force champions to invest very heavily in countering the ADC specifically, sacrificing Merc Treads and possibly some Mastery points you could have placed in reducing AOE magic damage or in the offensive tree.
