Bruiser abuse it to out push mages and to out trade anyone who dares fight them with Tiamat and the fact that the cooldown is super low is ridiculous. And the Passive procs healings too since it count has aoe and you heal off them with lifesteal.

sounds like the problems visage not ravenous hydra. Plenty of split pushers are unplayable without it so if its nerfed your nerfing all true top bruisers
Doge20201 votesBut grevious wounds will decrease that healing by 40%. And remember that lifesteal is based on the actual damage that gets through to the enemy.
FOR EXAMPLE: if you auto attack an enemy tank for only 100 damage, and you have 40% lifesteal, then you will only heal for 40 hp.
