Poppy will always be on competitive unless you nerf her ult. is teh same reason behind Bard seeing competitive play

Not really as far as her ult goes. Her ult is used for an instant knock-up CC during her combos. Its not at all why she's considered strong. Its only used as disengage when she's behind, which usually isn't the case unless she's countered.

Her clears aren't trash lol. Any jungler above bronze on the PBE is already accepting that she's a jungler. Her ganks are far too strong even if they make her do almost nothing to monsters.

Only her W deals reduced damage, but its damage is already overloaded, so the 50% doesn't hurt that much. Plus its primarily used for the sustain.

Camille is Xin Zhao 2.0.

the pbe every new champ is played in every role, thats what amde mid jhin popular for the fist two or so weeks. She will find her place up top and if the doesnt riot will just giver her a round of nerfs so she has to go top

She will go jungle either way. Her mobility and range of engage+chasing power is far too strong for her to ever be non-viable as a jungler.

if she cant clear the camps she can level and enemy junglers who have fast clears will be ganking your team worry free because your a couple lvls behind, doesn't sound viable.

She is going to be a very viable roaming top

She doesn't even have weak clears though?

She has two auto resets and two forms of AoE. She's extremely strong at clearing, actually. Better than most.
