For those of you who are Diamond+
Do your games end mostly in surrenders? I've heard that many games are less than 30 or 20 for you guys.
If they're not surrenders, how do they end so fast?

lol wut? are u trying to say your average game time is more than 30 min? i had to scrool back to last year to see a 2nd match that lasted longer than 32 min
my average is about 25 min..
and i would hardly consider myself "diamond".
No. Games average around 25 minutes, like the guy who posted before me. Doesn't mean they were all low quality matches. Some were even comebacks, but the pace was significantly faster than a normal game or season 5 ranked.
Knowing how to push a lead, combined with the overall snowbally nature of the game currently, combine to create typically 20-30 minute games. Pretty sure riot mentioned at some point since preseason that game times are on average around 30 minutes at all elos though (which isn't to say they aren't effectively decided somewhat sooner).
Although many games do end in surrender, it's usually not a 20 minute surrender where no inner turrets have even fallen "gg X is fed" kind of thing, but more a "ok they can push to win here, gg we'll save ourselves 30 seconds." kind of thing where they'd get the nexus shortly anyway if we didn't surrender.
Low elo games can run somewhat long since even if things snowball in one sides favour, people seem more focused on killing each other repeatedly instead of actually taking objectives and closing out the game.
