ADC itemization

Why doesn't Riot just get rid of crit and focus on on-hit itemization. On hit allows adcs to have a meaningful one item spike, have a relevant mid game, and a very strong but not OP late game.

Why can't riot make Adc's super meaningful and decently strong throughout all of the game, smh

Because that would just result in league of lethality again. Back when that came out the chart of adc usefulness was can they use lethality well? If yes, welcome to challenger, if no, trash tier for you.

Better yet, why not release ranged only items. Not only is it weird that I shoot a bow or a gun and a sword makes it stronger, it would make balancing champions a lot easier through item changes instead of worrying about the consequences of every other lane feeling the pain or the gain of said change.

None of this matters, Riot just bent all of us over the table and shoved a fat one in our tooters with the new IE and crit item changes anyway. welcome back to the tank meta.
