Why do I keep seeing threads asking for Jayce buffs?

My husbando needs serious buffs. Right now, most people stay in cannon form and therefore is built squishy, which I personally think is disgusting. However, this is the only way to guarantee he remains a threat past mid game. -_-

My poor poor Jayce. He was slapped with the nerf bat too many times and yet that bitch riven gets away with being obnoxious.

My only gripe with Jaycee is I just wish they would lower the base cool down/early level cool down of E. Shooting a Q every 10seconds is kind of annoying at level 18

44% winrate is why. Also, old last whisper was really core on him and the new ones are much weaker ( is good, but the old armorpen was much better).

Why do you think he is fine? He is really weak in both what i have played, seen and in winrate. LW rework hit him hard

For the lost of LW riot needs to make 2 new armor penetration items one has 10 flat armor pene, a unique passive that gives a large armor penetration stat(% or flat) that lowers every second in combat with an enemy champion starting from 2 seconds, The penetration falls down to 0 after 5 seconds or 6 basic attacks, 3 for ranged, leaving only the 10 flat armor pene reset on a kill/assist, or after 10 seconds of not being in combat

Make the second so it has 10 flat armor pene, a unique passive that gives an even larger than the other version armor penetration stat on only non-DoT abilities (% or flat) that lowers every hit of a non-DoT ability (Goes down to 0 after 7 hits of a non-DoT ability leaving only the 10 armor pene) and resets on kill/assist or after 10 seconds of not being in combat(Spell shield blocks will not count)

That would fix all LW lost except adc who didn't need it anyways
