Who is this item still relevant on?
It kinda feels to me like it has fallen out of favor, but maybe I just don't play said champion often.
I would think that someone like Azir would still be good with it, the on-hit effect feels wasted.

(who himself is out of flavor). Gives him every stat he wants, boosts his Q damage and helps him make use of his passive with an AP build.

If you really feel like trolling,

you can add a 125% AP ratio to his ult, then Q auto them for another 165% AP, so 290% total AP ratio burst.
This WILL kill squishies without much hope of escape, but you have to build for it all game.
Arcane Blade used to give so much potential to these builds. another 5% on-hit AP damage meant Warwick had 320% AP ratio burst

Narsicus2 votesAP Varus isn't terrible and he uses Nashor's rather well.
-He needs the attack speed to stack his passive. -The AP benefits his % Max HP burst and he also naturally has magic damage on hit with an AP ratio (25% naturally, so 40% with Nashors). -CDR never hurts, especially when you are dependent on your abilities to proc your stacks
It ends up helping him in about every way he needs, certainly not a common build though.

and others). However, i do think it could use some small buffs/changes.
I personally would love some manasustain on it, maybe some on-hit mana restore that scales with missing mana and is increased vs champions.
I mean, AS and cdr are both dps stats that focus on extendet combat patterns. For extendet fights, you need more mana, and with more cdr you cast mores spells, so even more mana needed.
Another issue for me is that so much of the on-hit damage is gated by AP-scaleing, but there are few other AA-focused items with AP. You also usually would want to go more tanky, atleast on melees, to make use of the dps, which again means rather low AP builts. So increasing the base damage of the on-hit(maybe per level scaleing) and lowering the ap-ratio would help the item to work out in more builts.

Jeanne fan club1 votesI hate on to death, but for some reason that I don't understand yet it works. Its really only relevant on AP champions that rely on attack speed. On it makes her passive come up faster so she can clear camps faster, On it lets her use her E more since it is on a timer instead of an aa limit, needs it for his soldiers, uses it because he needs to do things with his kit.
The only other champions that this would be viable on in any capacity are 
because it speeds up his 3 hit combo. because he auto attacks I guess, 
because she also auto attacks I guess, and maybe 
because he auto attacks. Its not built on any of these champs because they have other crap to buy

but I think the item fits into a very nice niche. If anything I think it would be nice if rito made another AP AA reliant champion that can go into this niche. The newest one who really uses it is Azir, (though you could make a case for ekko)
VoraciousX1 votes isn't really good with Nashors. You want someone with frequent auto attack damage boosts on AAs, like or . can be good with it, but only if you're playing on-hit , or that weird hybrid build that makes him weaker in both auto attacks and abilities, but sort of makes his damage in general good, rather than full AP or full on-hit. Though on-hit could use nashors too. I suppose would use it too though.
and MAYBE are the only ones who absolutely need nashors. Mainly Kayle, Diana can sorta do without it if she wants.
has damage boost on back stabs, but Nashors wouldn't make him any better.
For off meta, with on hit builds is really good, and maybe if you can afford to get it after all the other items for him you'd want for an on-hit .
I will admit I don't think is super amazing right now though. 
was nerfed a while back so it's weaker when building up to it, but I think if it were buffed would be even stronger, and I think she's pretty good right now already. I feel like the on-hit damage is pretty weak in general, so most only get it for the attack speed and AP combination, plus every little bit helps. In general I don't think the item is amazing, it's just that attack speed and AP are hard combinations of items to come by. just does well with every bit of it though due to her passive.

Sure it CAN work on pretty much anyone, especially if they scale on AP, but that isn't what I'm asking.
