How did cinderhulk make tank supports good?

If you DID want a passive damage there was ALREADY another item that gave hp and the burn passive. Guess what it what????? It wasm't used since people said it fell off in a late game teamfight YET people say cinderhulk scales.... ..... .....

Edit I mean tank junglers...... sorry.... supports don't use it lol

Wasn't a jungle item. With it being on a jungle item you can clear a lot faster, you dont want to buy half your jungle item then spend another large chunk of gold on cape just for the clear speed. The +25% bonus health is also a huge factor in this, it gives a ton of hp if you're trying to be a tank, more than sunfire does. by a lot.
