W and honestly any sort of root NEEDS to stop any type of mobility ability and Zoe R is no exception

Roots do stop any movement ability and Zoe is no exception. Just like all champions, once the movement ability has started, it follows through even if they get rooted. If you root a Nautilus as he Q's to a wall, he will still pull to the wall and then be rooted in that location. If you root Tryndamere at the start of his spin, he will finish the spin and then be rooted. Zoe's ult is no different. She already started the ability and it will finish even if she gets rooted.

I understand what root currently does but what I'm saying is that it should stop any sort of mobility. Blinks, dashes, warps or whatever.
