He's a mess. A straight up mess.

With the rework, he has counterplay, he now has a targeted skillshot on his q. What's the problem? The targeting on it is horrid. It needs to target champions when a bomb is already placed on them. This change alone would fix so much, allowing him to be viable. Currently, If I'm even just a tad bit off, it'll hit a minion making it utterly useless.

He needs a new passive. His passive is currently "Zilean and his nearby allied champions receive 8% additional experience." What does this equate too? One extra minion of experience per wave. Not only does this passive not help him at all, when he hits level 18 it's nonexistent.

Decrease the second time bomb's blowup time on a stunned target. What do I mean? Currently, if you land two timebombs on top of eachother, it'll stun the target for 1.5 second's at max level. The problem is, after the stun wears off, it's hilariously easy for a target to walk out of the second time bomb.

TL;DR -Fix Targeting on bomb'd targets -Rework Passive -Increase Stun duration and/or decrease the second timebomb's detonation time
