Just curious 7-3 on an alt account was S2 placed B3. Currently 8-1 on main account if I go 9/1 best I can do is S4 was S1.

Nearly a full tier lower for a 10-0 seems like full on "people that play more buy more stuff" logic. Not that I've spent a dime on the game since season 6.

Riot tried a softer reset last year and players complained there were too many boosted players in higher mmr brackets so riot went back to their old system this year.
