Noc is fine. Any buff and he will start getting picked too often (which I don't want as he is one of the junglers I use).

I've mained him since season 2. He has one of the worst clear times in the game.

He definitely could use a better passive to improve his gameplay.

He doesn't have as much pressure before 6 as nid or lee sin. But after 6 he is fine. If anything his passive healing could be better.
