More and more champions have high sustain while only 3 items grant grievous wounds. These items are not valid options for many champions. Now that healing is coming from runes, items, supports and (overwhelming) sustain, buying grievous wounds is more and more inevitable. Therefore more items with it would be really appreciated.

yea, man fuck those champions for hitting their abilities. why should they get rewarded with survivability by playing correctly?
it feels so bad to mess up and have 3 people get hit by a darius q and then he gets to do his job as a carry and get a heal off it.
i also just want to stand in illaoi ult with 5 people and her not getting healed. its so unfair riot.
lets ignore for a moment, that grievous wounds is already on so many items, because too much lifesteal on top of support heals were broken on adc. lets blame a few fighters with avoidable abilities instead.

Suggestion -
Move the Magic Penetration from Oblivion orb onto Morellonomicon directly.
Add Grievous Wounds effect to Oblivion Orb but at a shorter duration than completed Morellonomicon.
Oblivion orb could be 3 seconds of GW, Morello stays at 5.
Executioner's is 3 seconds, Mortal reminder is 5.

UNIQUE – CURSED STRIKE: Dealing Magic damage to enemy champions inflicts them with Grievous Wounds for 3 seconds.

I don't remember the specifics, but a game I played not too long ago the enemy team had a riven who basically 1v5'd via lifesteal while having grevious wounds the entire time. Granted she was fed at the time but she had only got fed around mid game so we were kinda fed too, still bodied us.
