Just a quick question about the Fervor of Battle stack updates.

I was reading through the patch notes, & noticed that at the very bottom of the patch notes where it talked about the Fervor of battle, it said

-REMOVED- Ability Stacking: Using abilities no longer grants stacks of fervor.

But when I read the second Newly added effect, it said

-NEW- Spelling it out: Hitting an enemy champion with an ability grants two stacks (2 second cool-down)

I just woke up, & may not be understanding this clearly, so could someone please explain this if it's not an error.

When I read this, I feel like it's saying It no longer does something, but it then goes on to saying SIKE! It does the exact thing we said it doesn't do >xD So what the heck?

Previously you could get fervor stacks for hitting the air with abilities like spamming ez Q at nothing. Now you need to actually hit a champion.

OH! I see. Not a bug or anything right? I feel it could have been made a little clearer by stating that missing your casted abilities could still grant you stacks, & in the new add say You no longer gain stacks for abilities that missed the target. Regardless of my understandings then, I understand now. thank you.
