Is it me, or does Sylas say very little outside of combat?

I've been playing a lot of Sylas since his released (He's a lot of fun btw), and I've noticed that he doesn't really say much whenever I move.

If you play a lot of Camille and Evelynn, you might notice that they have something to say an awful lot throughout the game. But for Sylas, he seems to keep quiet for a minute or two (sometimes longer) and then he'll say something from a movement command, and then I won't hear anything else unless he's ulting someone.

Am I the only one who noticed this? Sylas sure doesn't seem like the quiet type given his story.
